Post-Graduate Certificate in TVET Leadership
Programme Overview
The Post-Graduate Certificate in TVET Leadership equips professionals with the tools to become adaptive and resilient leaders within the regional Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system. This 7-month online programme focuses on strategic leadership, influence, and managing transformation in education and workforce development. Participants will explore real-world TVET leadership challenges and develop core competencies to lead systems, teams, and change initiatives at both national and institutional levels.
Entry Requirements- A Bachelor’s Degree or NVQ-J Level 5 (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience leading/managing a team
- Duration: 7 Months
- Delivery: 100% Online
- Target Group: Senior, middle, and aspiring managers of the TVET system
